Why choose
the ë POK pouch?
Time savings: up to 30% faster
With the ë POK pouch, simply slide your instrument cassette into the pouch and fold. The packaging process becomes up to 30% faster, freeing your team for higher-value clinical tasks.
Confident team: fewer errors, less stress
Reusable pouches eliminate the risks associated with poorly sealed or punctured disposable pouches. Your team works with a robust, reliable product, reducing the risk of errors in the sterilization chain, injuries from unprotected instruments and accidental contamination.
Waste reduction: one pouch = 75 disposables
Each ë POK ReSteri™ pouch is reusable up to 75 times. For a clinic using 50 disposable pouches per day, that’s the equivalent of over 18,000 disposable pouches eliminated per year. At end of life, all components are recyclable or recovered to become pellets or fibers — a truly zero-waste, circular approach.
Traceability
in 1 beep
Each pouch can be tracked by barcode or smartphone for instant monitoring of the number of use cycles. No more paper logs and counting errors: traceability is as simple as a beep.
Cost savings:
30% to 40%
The ë POK ReSteri™ pouch is reusable, significantly reducing your spending on disposable packaging. On an annual basis, reusing the pouch represents significant cost savings for your facility.

Instructions for use: how to use the ë POK pouch
Place your cassette or instruments in the ë POK pouch. Fold the flap to the side, tuck in the corners, then make a double fold (1 inch total = 5 cm). Seal with a sterilization-compatible sticker (the 3M indicator label adheres well to etrëma textiles, or use your own traceability label).
Place the pouch in your autoclave/sterilizer following your usual procedures (max. temperature 134°C). The process is identical to that of disposable pouches.
Check the sterilization indicator, then open and use the sterile contents according to your clinical protocols.
Place used pouches in a mesh laundry bag. Machine wash in hot water (50–71°C) with neutral detergent, no additives, 30-minute cycle. Tumble dry on high heat (≤ 60°C) for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Mark with an indelible pen or scan with your smartphone to track the number of use cycles. Visual inspection: check for cuts or delamination; replace if necessary.
Store flat for next use. Wash your hands and clean surfaces before handling.
